Founded in 2021, V6 Energy operates on the premise that we’ll be successful, if our customer is successful. Everything we do has this fact as a guiding principle.
The experience that V6 Energy represents spans over four decades. The founder of V6 Energy built our processes on lessons learned early in the computer networking industry. There are many synergies between computer networking and energy metering, and we capitalize on those synergies.
The business model that V6 Energy operates under is one of collaboration with locally licensed trades. We coordinate the work performed by the local trades, whether they be the local electromechanical firm for your facility, or a trade arranged for by V6 Energy. This model is highly scalable and enables us to respond very quickly to your needs. The result is a rock-solid installation, accurate meter data, and proper documentation.
Values
Honesty - Integrity - Transparency - These are the core foundation of any successful enterprise.
We are Deadline Conscious – V6 Energy very clearly understands the business-critical nature of deadlines. Our success hinges on meeting our customer’s deadlines and expectations. As such, we rely on close partnerships where all parties understand the scope, timeline, and end goal of a project.
We Have a Sense of Urgency – A key component of meeting deadlines is a sense of urgency. You can rely on V6 Energy to meet or exceed the urgency required for your metering project.
We are Process Driven – We achieve consistent performance and results based on our reliance on documented processes. Whether it is a step-by-step hardware installation process or a data analysis and discovery process, our process documentation facilitates scalable and repeatable delivery.
We have Tenacity – A hallmark of all we do at V6 Energy is tenacity. We can cite countless examples of digging into difficult issues to determine the absolute root cause. Others might declare a problem resolved or a solution as “good enough”, only to have the same issue reappear. To that end, we have a documented, proprietary, root cause analysis (RCA) process that guides our conclusions. One of our pet peeves is hardware replacement. So many times, hardware is replaced unnecessarily. The act of replacing the hardware sometimes resets the issue temporarily. At V6 Energy, we stress cause and effect before declaring defective hardware. From years of problem-solving experience, we have an intuitive approach that results in superior results.
We Build Partnerships - We not only partner with our customers, we also partner with other vendors, possibly your vendor. You will never see finger pointing from V6 Energy, just a fact-based conversation with data points to support our conclusions and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
We are Proactive versus Reactive – Sometimes, putting out fires becomes the standard operating procedure. While firefighting is sometimes essential to running your business, V6 Energy believes in proactive versus reactive in all its interactions.
Your Customer is Our Customer – Another key to our success is treating your customer like our customer.
